Bet365 Buys Denver Headquarters for $135 Million

Bet365, the UK-based online sports betting giant, has purchased the One Platte building in downtown Denver for $135 million, establishing it as the company’s U.S. headquarters.

The office building, located at 1701 Platte St., spans over 120,000 square feet of Class A office space. Bet365 moved into the space last fall, occupying two full floors. The move signals the company's strong commitment to expanding operations across the U.S. (9news.com).

The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), in partnership with the Metro Denver EDC, helped attract the company by offering up to $14 million in performance-based job growth incentives, contingent on the company meeting high-paying job creation targets in the state.

This investment aligns with Bet365's broader strategy to establish a strong physical and operational presence in the United States, creating hundreds of new jobs and reinforcing its position in the competitive U.S. online betting market.
